Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days are not eligible, unless otherwise covered by warranty.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (Mail-In Process)?

We offer returns and exchanges through mail only.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Email us at workmenbootsga@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return or exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return shipping label if the item qualifies.
  3. Pack the product properly (inside a shipping box—no tape directly on the shoe box).
  4. Ship it back using the label provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unworn
  • Free of dirt, creases, or visible signs of use
  • Securely packed inside a shipping box (no tape on the boot box)

Any item not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or work-worn footwear
  • Gift cards
  • Socks or insoles
  • Custom or personalized products

Refund Policy

Yes, we offer refunds.

Refund Process

  1. Customer submits a return request by email.
  2. The item is shipped back to us.
  3. Product is inspected.
  4. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after inspection.
  • Funds typically appear in the customer’s account within 3–5 business days, depending on their bank.
  • Returns made after 30 days (if approved under special circumstances) will be issued as store credit only.

Damaged Items During Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is verified.

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our footwear.

  • 6-Month Warranty: Covers material defects and workmanship issues.
  • (Does not cover damage from normal wear and tear.)
  • 30-Day Comfort Guarantee: If the boots cause discomfort within 30 days, return them for review.

Customers can track their warranty period using their original purchase date.

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after confirmation:

  • You will be notified immediately by email.
  • A refund will be processed right away.

Changing Delivery Address

  • You may update your delivery address before the order ships by emailing us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, the address cannot be changed.
