All payments must be successfully authorized at checkout.
2. Billing Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Workmen Boots to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping and taxes.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping rates and times vary based on the delivery location within the United States.
4. Pricing & Availability
- Prices are listed in USD.
- We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without notice.
- Any promotional codes or discounts must be applied at checkout.
5. Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Your order will not be processed.
- You will be notified to update your payment method.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds:
- Are issued to the original payment method
- Take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
- Returns after 30 days are issued as store credit
