Do you offer free trials or free samples?
No, we currently do not offer free trials or free samples.
How do I choose the right boot size?
- Select the size you normally wear in work boots or western boots.
- If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up by half a size, especially if you wear thicker socks.

How do I use gift cards, store credits, or coupon codes?
- Gift Cards: Enter the gift card number in the “Gift Card” field during checkout.
- Store Credit: Will appear automatically as a balance at checkout.
Promo Codes/Discount Codes: Enter them in the “Discount Code” box before completing payment.
What materials are used in your boots?
Our footwear is made using high-quality, durable materials, including:

What if a product I want is out of stock?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, clean, free of creases, and in the original packaging, packed inside a shipping box (no tape on shoe boxes).

- We will send you a return label, and once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
What items are non-returnable?

How do refunds work?
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued 1–2 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- It may take 3–5 business days for your bank to release the funds.
- Returns made after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
What if my item is damaged during transit?
- Contact us immediately with photos.
- We will file a shipping claim and issue a refund or replacement.
What if my package is lost or missing?
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.
- If it gets lost during transit, we will file a claim and replace the order.
- Packages marked delivered but missing afterward are outside our control.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- If your order is cancelled for any reason, you’ll be notified immediately by email, and a refund will be issued.
- Address changes are only possible before the order ships. Mail us quickly if you need to update your address.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes.
- 6-Month Warranty — covers manufacturing defects and material issues.
30-Day Comfort Guarantee — if your boots cause discomfort within 30 days, contact us. Warranty periods are based on the date of purchase.
Are discounts available?
We do not currently have active discounts, but special offers and free shipping thresholds will be announced soon.
